On February 3, 2022, Nokia introduced that its board of administrators would provoke a share buyback program below the mandate given by Nokia’s Annual Basic Assembly on April 8, 2021 to return as much as €600 million in money to shareholders in tranches over two years. . The second part of the share buyback program has commenced in compliance with Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 (MAR), Delegated Fee Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and below the mandate given by the Nokia Annual Basic Assembly on April 5, 2022 at 2 January 2023 and ends on the newest by December 21, 2023 with a most whole buy worth of €300m.
The entire price of transactions executed on February 2, 2023 was 1,285,727.40 EUR. After the offers revealed, Nokia owns 40,256,878 treasury shares.
